Gabby started her career at BNP Paribas as an equity trader, she then decided to work in politics. Initially she worked under Liam Fox as a junior Press officer. Working her way up she has spent the last decade working for David Cameron whilst he was Prime Minister. Whilst working for David she was his Press Secretary and then later changed roles to Director of External Relations.
In 2016 David Cameron made her a Life Peer. Her main focus in the House of Lords is on Domestic abuse, Prison reform and Disability inclusion.
Gabby joined BT in Jan 2017, to be a Senior Advisor to the CEO and the Exec Board.
She is a Trustee on the Board of the Charity ‘Kids’ which supports children and families living with disability. She also sits on the Board of the Normandy Memorial Trust.
