Coronavirus: Memorial Opening Postponed

In these quite exceptional circumstances the Trust has with great regret concluded that it will not be possible to open the Memorial in September as had been planned. We are now working on the assumption that the Memorial will be opened to the public in the spring or early summer of 2021.

We are aware of the keen interest in the progress of the Memorial particularly within the Normandy Veteran community. Once the current restrictions have been eased we will make every effort to  keep you informed of developments at the site and to notify you about the updated arrangements for the Memorial’s opening.
