How To Support Us This Christmas

As the 80th anniversary year comes to a close and we look ahead to VE Day and VJ Day commemorations in 2025, we extend sincere thanks to all those who have supported the Trust’s work over the last twelve months. We have compiled a selection of images telling the story of the 80th year, which you can view here.

There are a number of ways you can support us over the festive season – opportunities to honour the memory of the fallen while giving unique Christmas gifts to friends and loved ones.

Our online shop 

As well as the official 2025 calendar, featuring images of the Memorial taken by the general public over the course of the year, there is a wide selection of products including the best-selling ‘Giants’ souvenir book, the official Memorial souvenir guide, ‘Always Remembered’ as well as mugs, beanies, t-shirts and more.

There is a ‘White Christmas’ half price offer on the ‘Giants’ souvenir photo book and t-shirt, D-Day beanie and pin badge, and fridge magnet.

For guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas, please place your order by 5pm on Friday 20 December. 

Plaque sponsorship

For £150 sponsorship, you will be able to dedicate a tribute plaque with a printed white inscription, attached to a 1.2m stake that will stand in the wildflower meadow of the British Normandy Memorial, for a minimum of 5 years.

You can order the plaque on behalf of a loved one and we will be able to send you an image of the plaque once it is ready.

Gift of Guardianship 

Whether you sign up as a Guardian yourself or nominate someone else as a Guardian, you will receive a Normandy Memorial Trust certificate signed by Chair of Trustees, Lord Richard Dannatt and a stunning British Normandy Memorial Photo Book. Guardians qualify for a 20% discount in the British Normandy Memorial Shop.
