Remembering Robert Alexander Hamilton, Killed in Action, 02 August 1944.
He left school in 1933. He joined the Royal Tank Regiment when it was in the Middle East with the 8th Army before going to Normandy. He was killed when his tank was hit as it was leading his squadron.
